Used stamps exchanges.

Hello! I haven't received any" incoming letters" for a long time.
This could be because some of my letters haven't reached their intended recipients. What should I do?
Many thanks

Hi Carlos,
We’ve had some good exchanges in the past.
I look forward to more letters in the future.
Best regards,
Alexandr

Hello,
Here in Brazil, letters are not currently being sent to Russia. I have personally had several letters returned or fail to reach their destination. I believe this is due to the war in your country, which makes the delivery of correspondence difficult. If you can find another way for mail to be received, I would be very happy to send items to you once you have been selected. Best regards, Hamilton
