Used stamps exchanges.

I was rated a 1 for “broken stamps on paper,” and there was a photo but no I cannot find it. There was nothing wrong with the stamps that I could see. Some I sent direct from another swap because I already had them. The person didn’t even wait for me to respond. Where do I look at the picture attached to my rating? I would have sent new stamps. I don’t know what a “broken” stamp is and they are allowed to he on paper I thought? I just got a whole lot on cardboard! How do I contest a rating? If I can’t I’ll just quit. I’m disabled and do this for joy. Now my account is telling me to “do better.”

No one should be allowed to rate someone a 1, when they at least spent US $1.17 to send it and it arrived. A one should be for if every single stamp is bad, which is not the case. He did not contact me to make it right. I should also be given a chance to fix it. I would have spent another $1.17 and sent him and entire new lot of stamps. Ratings should never be “subjective,” if there is no way to remedy the problem. I realize this is not a site that is well built anyway. So someone can rate me and I get punished regardless? That is insane to me and I would suggest making rules on ratings like the other swap sites. I have 2 “3’s” on my other sites and I’ve been swapping on those since 2017. Why would I want to pay to send anyone else stamps when people in the US are barely able to eat. If I get anymore of these I’ll just go back to my other sites. I’m sure my presence won’t be missed! I’ve also never had a monitor side with someone when they made no effort for me to fix it. It’s wrong.

Hi, The photo is visible again. The rules are simple but the ratings can be subjective. Your account is not blocked at this moment, ony the limit of sendings is lower and this is temporary.
