Used stamps exchanges.

Hello,
I worry because I send a letter with stamps almost a month ago and it wasn't confirmed yet, the personn hasn't been connected since a while, if she do not connect anymore, would it be 25 (actually a bit more) stamps lost? and for nothing?

Was hoping that this is not gonna happen.
Anyway I will send out tomorrow 2 letters to members in Slovenia & Czech.
Hope it will arrive to them safe & sound.
