Where is the moderator? Is anyone here??? This site is in need of some serious moderators and someone who can program this site a bit better

I don't have any problem with him, but just reporting that this is against community's Rule

One aspect is I keep sending and I have only received once. Post can be slow but not that slow. Either some people don't send or their postal service is the slowest in the world

One aspect of this clubs is the surprise element. Addresses are assigned randomly and you don't know who or from where you are receiving an envelope. However, if an envelope does not arrive in 90 days, you can view those exchanges in the page "Stamps exchanges", section "Expired".

Where do you see who send you things?

Proof of sent photo was discussed in the past on another club. The conclusion was that this would help a little. But having this mandatory would make the process more difficult, more steps to do before an exchange. And in the end it would show a selection of stamps and an envelope with the ID. This would show that the stamps were prepared not actually sent.

At this point a member can optionally upload a photo after requesting an address. You can go to "Stamps exchanges", select the ID of the exchange.

I would suggest adding a photo proof of the sent letters for every code assigned. That wouldn't solve the problem but it might help at least a little.

I apologize, didn't see your answer. This site is based on a great idea, it should maybe have tighter rules, if there are too many unregistered letters by some they should not be in the pool. And there are obvious cases by some. Also some that haven't logged in a long time.

@lubo18: You have 19 sent and 15 received. You also have 4 incoming letters traveling for 17, 17, 13 and 6 days. This has the potential to even the balance.

Regarding the expired letters (traveling for more then 90 days) you have 10 sent and 4 incoming. You can view those exchanges in the "Stamps exchanges" section "Expired".

Letters that are not registered (expired or traveling) don't get slots. A slot is given to the sender when the sender's letter is registered.

Hello, I'm the admin for this club.

@Irishnumismatics50: You have sent 3 letters that where registered on 3, 9 and 10 February.
You now have 3 incoming letters sent on 5, 11 and 15 February.
As you can notice, one letter was sent to you a few days after one of your letters was registered.
You get a slot only after one of your letters is registered.

Your 3 sent letters took 21, 27 and 6 days to be registered.
Your 3 incoming letters are now traveling for 12, 6 and 2 days.

If your sent letters took on average 18 days to arrive, your incoming letters are now traveling for 7 days on average. Letters can travel slow.

In my case I received 15 letters, sent 19 that were registered and almost 10 that were never registered. How is that possible? I keep photos of sent letters as proof, but it doesn't help much. When you try and contact someone they either don't reply or say they didn't get it. In direct exchanges I lose maybe 2/100 letters. This is a joke.

Absolutely agree, I am done with this site. Just keep losing stamps.
