Absolutely the WORST swap I've ever received and I've received thousands over the years. Out of 27 stamps, 22 were CTOs or definitives... nto interesting definitives, the little old dingy ones everyone has thousands of. I do ask that NEITHER CTOs or definitives be sent. ZERO in my requested topicals, ZERO in my requested countries. Looks like someone just grabbed a handful of stamps from their junk stamps. Disgraceful!
