Used stamps exchanges.

Worst swap ever received on this site. 20/25 were definitives. And we're not talking about defs in my thematics or even nice defs... very plain, super-duper common. Nothing in my thematics.. if one doesn't have them, they don't have them.. so low marks aren't for that. I had planned on a 2, thinking the swapper might be a novice, or newbie, but after checking his profile, he isn't and he asks for very specific themes and requests. So, apparently just a bad swapper. So, a deserved 1.

People should stop taking those stamp exchanges too seriously. It is just a GAME and our “wish lists” are not mandatory at all! People send stamps that they have. They can't send stamps they don't have. This rating system should be abolished. There are other sites for exchanging like Postcrossing that work well without any ratings.
