Why only a 3 rating? In my opinion this lot rates a 5 since all club rules have been met.
Catering to specific asks is not a rule, just a suggestion. As long as stamps are in undamaged condition then it rates a 5. It's nice when we can send specific asks/wants but most of us can't do that for most trades.
